I like what I'm hearing.

He basically said 2 big things have changed in football:
Run plays with pass options on the same play and everyone's going faster now.

He mentioned that fatigue is killing details and creating missed assignments.

...and that the only way to combat that is DEPTH!

Beat me to it broke. After the worst performance in Baylor history up is the only direction we can go. Unfortunately every team left on our schedule would curb stomp Liberty

Opening game against Cal in 2002 was the worst performance in Baylor history. 77-22.

That California team had an actual pulse.
Giving up 48 at home to a Junior College is worse than giving up 77 on the road to a legit Power 5

You are right that the Cal team and even the a$m team had decent talent and pulses but it was the way the team just completely quit and gave up. At the a$m game I could literally watch each player give up and stop playing by the end of the 1st quarter. Saddest thing I had ever seen.

Is this news?

I'm sure that may be true, but did they ever look out of shape last night. Makes you wonder about conditioning.

I was at the UAB game, the opener for Morriss. This was even worse. You knew when you left the stadium that it would be a long time before BU would win again. Poor coaching. Poor conditioning. No spirit. Same Spin--Give Him Time. Didn't work then, will it work now?

Fatigue is literally one of the few things you can count on and plan for. No excuse for our players not being conditioned.

No one should ever kill a real bear, unless of course if they are going to be eaten.

Unless they were literally worn down in camp.

This is definitely possible... in trying to make them tough he may have left their legs on the practice field
