Rhule: Building is an opportunity

He is beginning to sound like he is tired and has no answer. I hope he can hold his class together and get some more good recruits and come back next year and turn it around. It will not be with the current offensive coordinator and play caller....

He didn't create the problem. He's here to fix it. Whatever.

I bet he wimps out and doesn't even do them. He doesn't seem like the brave type with that kind of stuff. If he was, he'd take responsibility for something in the pressers.

don't think he can hang in the big 12- more of a G5 only coach.

Admittedly his somewhat squeaky high pitches voice and 1,000 yard stare with gap mouthed Hillary Clinton smile doesn't play well with most people.

I thought he was the guy chewing ass having his player do push-ups for acting up on the field. Didn't see any fire out of him at all on the sideline. I showed more from the recliner.

Maybe that works with the snowflakes though

What is this problem he keeps talking about. Yea yea the scandal I get it. That has nothing to do with the X and Os on the field. We were a winning program and then you happened. You are paid to juggle all of these things, its not easy, ask Saban, ask Dabo, hell ask Briles. Point is its your job

At the end he basically answered that question many are having about switching up some of the coordinates. Nice phrasing of question by Smoak. In short the answer is no. Kind of comical that he says others have been inquiring of people on his coaching staff. Not saying he is lying but seems highly unlikely with product we have put on the field, we are simply not good on any unit, offense, defense or special teams (well I guess we have a field goal kicker now)

He has not built anything yet. He has destroyed what foundation we have left. His time of possession victories will not translate into scoreboard victories.

On the other side of the ball, a pro defensive team may not work in college ball. The college offense has a wider field to work with. Many spread/R&S concepts dont work in the pros (Ask Mouse Davis). The reverse is also true.

I'm tired of this season and ready for next year. You can't spin 1-10 (soon to probably be 1-11) so just ready for it to be over and basketball to kick in.

I just hope they are at least somewhat competitive in Fort Worth.

Rhule always has that look on his face like his shorts (for lack of any other words) are riding up on him and he just can't get them adjusted.
