A guard heavy lineup and still get 10 blocks on the night. Impressive.

Beating OU and TCU by a combined 56 in the same week makes my heart sing. It's just so great.

Okay, he didn't quote the post he was replying to, so looked like he was referring to EE's post about Mason. Thanks for the explanation.

Wow missed the game, but looks like an incredible win.

I certainly had a bad take on Mason, though he was playing like crap at the time. Turns out he must have really be struggling with his foot at the time.

Well he turned it around for sure, but no excuses for his play at the beginning of the year

Just glad he's playing well now

Who cares about the beginning of the year? You are the most miserable "fan" we have. We win by 36, and your response is "yeah, but Kegler sucked in November."

You could just put a blank at the end of the bolded and be right 99 percent of the time. Might be a good way to improve your Joey Gallo-esque batting average.

I went on my "Eating Crow " tour after last game. The Bears are awesome. Really a team that's gaining confidence every game. Teamwork, higher shooting %, fewer TO's, more assts. Turning into one of Drew's best coaching years, and... we're still rolling.

If you..and everyone else would quit with the absolute fatalist opinions here and on game threads in the first half. .and early season.. football and basketball..this would be a great forum.

But no.. everyone has to be the first to get their 'hot take' in..bunch of wannabe Jim Rome's up in here.

I give Timbear credit for coming around and not doubling down on a terrible take as others do and have, but I tend to agree. If you don't learn from this and take a more measured tone next time, nothing's really been gained.

His opinions on Matt Rhule, which have proved to be just as bad, could be used as another example. Have your opinions. Everyone does, and that's what makes message boards fun. But the race to the bottom that occurs here is a really strange phenomenon for a "fan" forum.

There are times when "crow" can taste pretty sweet and this is one of them. Hope this continues.

For those who must eat crow, here is a recipe. There may not be enough crow to feed all of the Drew doubters, so hurry up and "eat crow" today.

Crow Pie

1 crow
stuffing of your choice
salt and pepper
shortening
flour
2 Pie crust mixes
2-3 hard-boiled eggs

Stuff the crow. Loosen joints with a knife but do not cut through.
Simmer the crow in a stew-pan, with enough water to cover, until
nearly tender, then season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from
bones and set aside.

Prepare pie crusts as directed. (Do not bake)

Make a medium thick gravy with flour, shortening, and juices in
which the crow has cooked and let cool.

Line a pie plate with pie crust and line with slices of hard-boiled
egg. Place crow meat on top. Layer gravy over the crow. Place
second pie dough crust over top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour.
