Shaka had a good game plan for us and we're just flat tonight. Unfortunately that happens sometimes over the course of a long season. Saturday's going to be a big game for regaining our momentum.

Looking on the bright side, we should get a motivated Makai Mason Saturday against K-State. I can't see him having two bad outings in a row.

Team didn't come to play. Refs didn't help in the 1st half. Let's hope they regroup and get ready for Saturday at home.

Can't blame refs, we might have gotten the bad end of a stick, but the stick was pretty even to start with.

You cannot dig yourself a 15 point hole with how many wasted possessions? And expect to win on the road. We have them the game in the first half. They tasted blood, and it was theirs to win or lose.

In the second half, we began to play with brains, but momentum is a real thing. We got within 9 or 10, but they weren't going to give us anything.

Hope next game we come to play.

I was at the game tonight and it was a dud from the beginning. We had no offensive flow in the first half. Seemed like we stood around watching Mason dribble out the shot clock and then it was a "hair on fire" attempt to create a shot in the last 4 seconds of the shot clock. Our defensive rotation was bad and give Shaka credit, he hounded Mason all over the court and took him out of sync. The officiating only added to our woes and kept us from getting in a rhythm. Hard to push the ball up the floor, when you are rebounding after a FT. K-State will be pivotal. Was this game just a bad night at the office, or have Big 12 teams figured out our magic and now have a potion of their own? Need a big crowd Saturday night to get our boys MOJO back!

Not sure if we let the win streak get to our heads, but we laid a fat egg. Although i will admit tonight UT was better athletes with better coaching. They played a good game, we played a sucky one.

How many times have Baylor fans seen this movie in Austin:
UT shot 34 free throws to our 15
UT made 22 free throws to our 9 (FWIW, we lost by 12)
BU called for 14 fouls in 1st half to UT's 6
BU called for 28 total fouls to UT's 16
Scott Drew averages 1 tech every 2 years...he got one tonight!

I only got to watch the first half. Looked like typical road game where the home teams gets away with stuff the visiting teams doesn't. We had to play softer so their FG % goes up.

UT shot the ball out of their minds. Don't expect the same outcome next time in Waco. Hope Mason is healthy for Saturday.
