On the win…
“I really loved how we started off the match. It set a great tone and showed good maturity. Our blocking was dialed in for much of the match and really helped our defense. Offensively, (Hannah) Lockin was awesome today, and our hitters played smart. We had very few errors. Yossi (Pressley) was once again unstoppable at times, but she was helped by (Shelly) Stafford to really keep Marquette guessing. It was another good team effort where little things helped us get another big road win.”

BU (5-0) heads home for the first time this season to host the Hampton Inn & Suites Waco North Baylor Invitational Thursday through Saturday at the Ferrell Center.

The Bears will host Houston Thursday at 7 p.m. CT, followed by a matchup against No. 21 Tennessee Saturday at 1 p.m. Saturday’s ranked matchup is “Pack the House” Night with all tickets priced at $1.
