Baylor has landed the first commit of the 2021 class. Cornerback Romario Noel‍ (Cypress, TX/Cy Ranch) gave his commitment to the Bears.

The 6-3, 192-pound cornerback got his offer from the Bears back in May. Then in the summer he dominated at multiple camps across the state. 

Noel fits what the Baylor staff is looking for in a long, rangy cornerback. He fits the Derrek Thomas mold athletically and physically. He ran a 4.49 40 time, a 4.52 shuttle, and had a 36.40-inch vertical at the Opening in March.
