Scott Drew starts his 17th season at the helm of the Baylor Bears.  Drew has 338 career wins at age 49.  If he keeps up the pace of the last 12 years (just shy of 22 wins per year average), he has a shot at 800 career wins which only 4 active D1 coaches have accomplished.  After taking over a program in shambles in 2003, Drew has Baylor consistently winning.

Baylor has been ranked in the top 25 in 11 of the last 12 seasons.
