2020 DB Kaufman discusses Baylor offer, relationship with Dave Aranda

Change is inevitable, but how you adjust to change is what determines your success. Baylor has gone through a lot of changes since falling to Georgia 26-14 in the Sugar Bowl. 

Matt Rhule and his family left New Orleans for a trip to Mexico and upon their arrival back in Waco, Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper was waiting on them.

Rhule made the decision to leave Baylor and become the head coach of the Panthers, which left the Bears in limbo.

Fast forward.

Baylor Vice President and Directory of Athletics Mack Rhoades set out in search of Rhule’s replacement and that venture led him back to the bayou.
