WACO — When the Baylor Bears trotted onto the Ferrell Center court for Saturday’s showdown with West Virginia, the most noticeable player was clearly MaCio Teague—and not because of anything the guard was doing.

No, Teague stood out because of what he was wearing.

A red, short-sleeved shirt with blue jeans instead of a green Baylor jersey.

And—eessh!—a brace covering his right hand and wrist.
