I think those proven to engage in violent acts should be prosecuted based upon the seriousness of the offense & the evidence with a fair trial. Both the J6 defendants & the 2020 rioters should have been treated equally. Instead the more numerous & more violent rioters, hundreds of them in dozens of incidents, have largely gotten away with it with few prosecutions and some very mild sentences. Essentially, a slap on the wrist. The one single incident on J6 which was much milder with few real crimes (mostly misdemeanors such as criminal trespass) did not get fair trials & were given insane sentences of 10+ years. There is little if any justice in such gross, unbalanced disparities.
The FBI & CIA instigators have been given a pass and much of our government has been covering up the truth ever since. By the way, covering up crimes is a felony. That was Nixon's crime in the Watergate scandal.
The fascists aren't interested in justice or truth. They have perverted the government & much of the judicial system to terrorize Americans and create a one party dictatorship. This is the same reason for the open borders & many of their other illegal and unconstitutional actions.
You keep talking of coverups, yet whenever a coverups or bad actor scenario plays out the person is tried. The number of policemen, FBI and others are there. May not agree with outcome.
Babbitt being shot going through the window in that situation, I can live with. That cop was doing their job and placed in that situation, Heat of battle ok
Babbitt being convicted and executed by the State, no way. Proportionality. 6 or 7 years for active participant? Ok. But without seeing and hearing real evidence how do you or me say anything?
Personally, I believe the system works, can always be better, we have a lot of law enforcement and FBI in prison and a lot not. Unless you are on the Jury I do not know how you determine what is real and what is ,"deep state". I do not trust the Bannon's of the world to tell me!
