I'm in the medical field and what I see year after year is cuts to providers. If we are lucky, (after costly, time consuming lobbying) every few years they throw a few hundred million or 1 billion into the medicare pot. to help mitigate previous cuts
But if Zelensky calls, they bend over backwards to give him 100 billion dollars. As a matter of fact they break out into celebration after doing it. Its really sickening.

The Border Emergency Authority is triggered if the border "encounters" reach a daily average of 4,000 over a period of seven days and would become mandatory once border encounters reach over 5,000 over a period of seven days or 8,500 over a single calendar day.
