I was going to say keep your chin up! It doesn't really get bad until you turn 60 oh but then I realized you were talking about music and I would say that a lot of songs keep getting better with age like the BTO album Not Fragile!

I made the same mistake as I look back fondly on being 50.As to Frampton he remained great live.I saw him 20 something years ago in a smoky bar in Dallas.More recently after his career took off again he played at the Choctaw casino in Durant. He was fabulous and the show was enhanced by Steve Lukafer of Toto and the recently late great Rick Derringer.

Great performer. Had a couple of good songs the dominated Jr High, but it has the same issue as Zeppelin, Clapton, and Skynyrd. Habit of making a great 4 minute song 12. Those anthems went on forever.

Best albums... Depends on for what. If we are going back 40-50 years...

Mood Light, Incense, hash pipe - Frampton
Date -REO High Infidelity
workout- AC/DC Back in Black
Cooking with beer- Eagles Long Road
Party Starter- Van Halen 1984

Live in Concert- Springsteen Born in USA tour

I grew up in the best music era. Guys today are in the best looking women era, go to the gym they didnt look like that in 1981...

Live LP

Ok, 70's had so many.

For me, it was Kiss Alive, 1975. Got me into music and albums. In NY in the 70's Kiss was the entry group to rock music.

Seger Live Bullet was another one. Turn the Page was an anthem.
