He wasn't good enough to play for Okie St out of high school and he still isn't, but he got to be around his dad a little longer and maybe the experience there will give him better options than Toledo and E. Michigan.

He's not an NFL talent regardless of who he plays for, but if he's planning on being a coach (especially for his dad), it's better for him to see something outside of what he has seen his whole life

As I said in an earlier post about this, my dad and I have a great relationship. I could never play for him though.

Some kids can play under their Dad's as coach; some cannot. There are probably all kinds of family dynamics involved.

He just doesn't have the arm.
