Ariz. St. over Texas
Oregon over Ohio St.
Notre Dame over Georgia

That would totally take out the SEC and also the BIG's biggest name (and 2 of their 3).

My preferences:

Penn St over Boise
Arizona St over Texas
Ohio St over Oregon
Georgia over ND

Penn State and Texas will both be playing backups most of the 2nd half and both of those games will effectively be over within 20 minutes.
Skattebo got locked out by Texas Tech. He's no match against the best run defense in the nation.
Jeanty is great but again, context. He's great. But Ped State has film on their only one good player.

I think Ohio State - Oregon might be a great game again. Oregon is playing closer to home if that matters. I think Ducks by 3.

Georgia will beat ND because of their defense. Their backup QB won't be a liability.

Same. While highly unlikely, I'd love to see those four in the semis. There's not a team in that bunch I hate, and all would ensure a new champion for a change.

My list exactly and for some of the same reasons. CFB is better for everyone when the P2 lose, especially in the postseason.

I'm pulling for Boise St and Az St - the other 2 games I hate em all - so then just rooting against SEC SEC so I guess ND - then in the other one don't care - but I guess Oregon because I hate OH State just a little bit more.

I agree with whoever said Scattebo ain't gonna be able to go off like he did against Iowa State - what happened to IA State run defense? They have been rolled these last two games…

asu over texas, fork 'em;
ohio state over O, will howard;
nd over sec, i'm catholic;
boise over p'state, just because.

Ohio St- Oregon has all the makings of a great game, which probably means one of them will get blown out.

Texas will win but ASU will keep it close.

Ga's defense will be too much for the Irish. Probably a low scoring game.

Penn State will hold Genty under 125 yds and win by two scores.


Perfect world would have UT, GA, and PSU all losing but I don't see that happening.

PSU and Boise was a closer game than you predicted. Boise had their chances but kept shooting themselves in their foot. Without those errors they might have been able to pull off the upset. But no where close to the blowout with it "over in 20 minutes" or backups playing most of the second half.

ASU…don't want to see SEC or Big 10 win again, but looks like they will. Those 2 conferences are on another level.
