I also agree with the other guy, in that there is a very important distinction between not judging others and not having any judgment. A world where all behaviors are tolerated in the name of kindness is a scary prospect, indeed. The result is far from paradise.
There are costs, for sure, to what Belichick is doing right now. Also, his friends and family are going to be the right voices to talk to him about that. May God bless him and help me to remember that I am no better than anyone else in this world.
If Belichick is not of sound mind, his family should intervene. If he is of enough sound mind that he is recently hired as a Division I P5 head football coach, they should leave him the Hell alone.
Let the man live his life. It is his money, not theirs.
