Hello everyone! I'm fostering this sweet girl from the Central Texas Humane Society. I brought her in on May 17 because the shelter was at capacity and was going to start putting down dogs.

I'm leaving for vacation on June 7 and was really hoping I'd be able to find her a forever home before then. The shelter gave her the name Muffin, but it doesn't really fit. She's a two-year-old Austrian Shepard mix. She's extremely sweet but not very good with other animals. She's active and loves to be outside and go on walks.

While I was in Europe in June, my mom fell in love with the dog.

She won't be able to stay with me once school starts so she's back home in Dallas with my parents. She's a great dog, but we are still on the fence about keeping her long-term because she is really bad with other animals and we have another dog and two cats.

It's difficult trying to balance everything. We're still trying to find her a good permanent home, but she isn't going back to the shelter, which is a positive.
