Between Speegleville and McGregor on land. I grew up in Robinson, husband grew up in Speegleville. We moved back from Sachse last year.

Nice! We actually lived on Camden Court in TR from 2011 to 2017
Harris creek since 2007. Pretty sure we will never leave, really like the place.

It is not seniors only or assisted living. Our running joke is "frat house for seniors". In reality we have some 30's to 80's. All ages. There is not a rule but no younger children live here. Best pool in Waco.
My grandmother lived in the tower until she was 102. Many summer days and birthdays in that pool.
It's been decades since I've been in those condos. Do any of the lake facing units have views of it?
Yes, upper levels facing Cobbs have view toward Methodist church & distant lake view. I walked thru 6C today & it has lake view. It's for sale, if interested. Our view is toward McGregor/Woodway. When the lake is high, we can see a bit of it.

My husband used to ride his bike all through that area as a kid, he grew up on Speegleville Rd. We live off of New Windsor Pkwy now.

My wife lived in north Waco on Parrott. I lived in South Waco, Beverly Hills, North Waco, South Waco, North Waco, and some in between. 5 elementery schools,two junior highs, and two high schools. One of the places was on Speight, current site of Baylor apartment complex.
