We were hit with flash flooding and are looking to do some landscape work - swales, retaining walls, etc. We need help with designing a rock-solid flood mitigation plan and then implementation.

I'd appreciate any recommendations for the Waco area.

Legacy Landscapes is not cheap, but they do good work with engineered retaining walls and such. The owner has talked about creating a separate drainage company just to handle those issues specifically.
