It is pretty good.... We went for lunch, wife did all you can eat sushi/hotpot combo and I just did sushi. Ate a lot of tuna... I kind of wish they explained the process better since there is a condiment bar thing they didn't mention at all where I had to get soy sauce dishes and wasabi from. They have nice little induction burner and little 2qtish saucepans for hotpot... It is $17/lb for leftovers on the $22 all you can eat lunch menu so I kinda freaked out and paced myself ordering a little at a time when the waitress showed up which took more time than I would have preferred compared to robot/conveyor belt sushi which I deem the pinnacle of sushi experience... at $34 single and $39 sushi/hotpot experience dinner/weekend menu I don't know if I would go back. The lunch $22/$27 range is pretty great to me... We hit Masa in the Woodway area for lunch a lot for their lunch bento thing offerings, but this may end up as our new go to date lunch spot... Haven't tried the place over by tractor supply on valley mills, always looks closed, and Gen is OK but kinda overpriced and under-seasoned and they would swap out cooking surfaces as soon as the one finally got to what I assumed was proper temperature, but maybe I just don't know what I have been doing which is still a negative on them for not giving proper instructions...
