The thing that's most concerning is that this is year 4 of the Thompson era and the norm is still that we don't just usually lose to programs like Arizona State - most of the time we also look thoroughly out classed and over matched while doing it.

I was really hoping that Mitch could turn things around this year, just hasn't happened. I am not sure what the decision will be at the end of the year from McNamee especially with the Magnolia donation. I for one am so frustrated with the direction of the baseball program and hope Doug makes the right choice at the end of this season whether to keep Mitch or move on and hire a new coach. Something has to change because it's starting to become the norm that Baylor is an average to below average athletic program.
