that the only way to remove some of these career politicians is death? Diane Feinstein has been senile for years and yet refused to retire and only through death are we finally rid of her. The same is true of the Supreme Court as none of them seem to want to retire even well after their prime time.

And it's especially tough to give it up once you get good and used to it as a sure fire vehicle to enrich yourself and your family through things like grifting, taking advantage of insider trading opportunities, and other generally accepted forms of corrupt activities.

I agree. We need term limits for the Senate and age limits for the Supreme Court.

Boomer pathology. Its the first largely faithless generation in American history. They've destroyed much of what was valuable about the nation and having come to the end of their road they are desperately afraid of their own mortality and have a death grip on power.
