Apparently she had also stole over $ 100,000 from the guy.

Juries don't always get it right as all people have their biases.
But this jury obviously thought there were some special circumstances.

Only place I could validate the theft is in a Reddit post. At the trial (I don't know), they never could find the guy she was cheating with.

I can't find the unedited audio of the argument that led up to the shooting, but there is this version from a tic-tocker with some news report, that did play brief cuts from the audio recording of the argument

So the audio does exist and the jury would have heard it. An all female jury gives a guy 10 years when he's pled guilty to murder? This leads me to believe those defense attorneys in that interview in my previous post are credible. So it seems like she did admit to the affair. But no mention of the $120,000

Of course my opinion was you cannot kill someone even if they stole your life saving, cheated on you, and taunted you in your face about the stealing and cheating, and then told you they were going to continue grifting off you by still living in your home.

A couple of the women felt it was partially justified to kill her. None of the men did.



Maybe that is why the all female Jury gave such a light verdict. They understand intimately
what an evil person this woman was, and adjusted the verdict accordingly.

You could tell by the interview with their daughter, mom was a best friend more than anything, the daughter even said he knew how she was, like this behavior was no big surprise.
