I shot a whitetail buck in the neck from 250 yards when I was 8 years old, with a pre-1964 Winchester Model 70 and a plain old 3x9 scope that was old as Methuselah. That deer was huge - biggest I'd shoot for the next 25-30 years. I was shaking like a leaf. And yet, he hangs on my wall. A 6-5 guy sitting 200 yards away looking right at you is a piece of cake with any decent bolt action deer rifle and any optics whatsoever - yes, including in the neck (and that assumes he wasn't aiming for the chest and just shot high, which I'd rank as more likely).

It's tantamount to gossip. And women eat that crap up. Many women also lack basic reasoning abilities.

What's sad is although the evidence against Robinson is overwhelming, they will claim it's all a setup when he is eventually convicted. I've already seen them suggesting the video of him on campus on the date of the incident is merely AI.

Yea, the female defense attorney was bringing up the time line of how long he (the shooter) was laying prone.

The Detective said he estimated shooter was 15-30 seconds laying down before taking the shot.

Def. Attorney made some comments about this being rather fast to take a shot.

I was thinking....uh no anyone who hunts knows you can lay down and get a accurate shot off in 15-30 seconds.

That is certainly enough time to aim at a target across open ground, take a few solid breaths, and pull the trigger.

I killed my first deer as a kid between 100-200 yards

The assassins shot that came a hair's breadth from killing President Trump was around 150 yards (per AI)

Its a very doable shot

Some luck was required no doubt but we are talking about sitting prone....shooting across an open area....killing a innocent man who was sitting down and not moving.

We are not talking about Lee Harvey Oswald hitting 4 people with 3 shots will all were actively in a moving vehicle.

With a good scope, and a 30-06 caliber, that is a chip shot
