Sounds great. One of the best flying insect eaters are bats. These things look to be about the same size. Need longer battery life.

U of Florida has some cool bat houses they have made for on-campus bats

You can copy their design if you wants bats on your property (safe distance from your house) eating insects and keeping pest populations down.

"While nobody wants bats in their attic or a track stadium bats provide important services and help maintain a balanced ecosystem. They are the primary predators of night-flying insects, offering a natural form of pest control. Scientists estimate UF's bat colony dispatches 2.5 billion insects each night. That's about 2,500 pounds of moths, mosquitoes, flies and beetles."

I don't know why every city in Texas does not install bat houses.

And completely natural! Unfortunately, they also carry rabies and other diseases sometimes.

This is sort of a known thing with bats in the absence of bites/scratches. Not sure why. Maybe their sonar aerosolizes the virus from their mouths? No clue.

That's why I mentioned rabies. I saw a report of this tragedy a few days ago.
