PCSK9 inhibitors with proven outcomes have been around for over 10 years. This is an oral version with very strict daily dosing.
Still not as effective as the injectable that is given every two weeks with or without food.

Yep. Well-known drug that is effective, though most folks can easily control their LDL with few side effects with statins.
Heart attack rates have fallen dramatically since the 1970's.
92 million Americans are on statins and cardiovascular disease still #1 killer. The move now to test Apo B and lp(a) maybe the real risk factors.
