Dr. Ilka Arun Netravali. She took the Stanford gig to pair with a couple others on her lasers . I didn't know how all this works as I know nothing about medicine. Her brother is doing something similar. He took a professorship at Princeton to work with select students on start ups and then take them public. I asked Ilka, why in the hell did Ravi take a teaching position at Princeton when his background Teckie from Columbia and MIT. Then she told me how all that works. No clue.
