Yes. His obvious agenda and his attempt to try and catch Smith in a nit-picky situation really backfired when at least two legislators used the right facts and documentation to prove his facts were lies.

I noticed FOX was not as bad in its coverage, although it gave it only cursory coverage. Again not allowing other conservatives to hear live testimony without media bias.

However, It was painful to watch how some, like Hawley and Cruz, stooped to such unprofessional vitriol in a public setting. They both failed to dent Smith's professional demeanor and that had to be frustrating, especially for Cruz with his huge ego.

Amy Klobachar was having none of it. Seriously, this is where we are and let's not forget ole Tommy Tuberville and his "Furry" freak show. Nope, the American public is not a politically informed, much less politically astute one. They are lazy and many once they get into the booth will fall back on their past voting tendencies. The amount of political enthusiasm may be what causes a thin Democratic victory in some areas, but don't expect a tidal wave due primarily what I just mentioned.
