Recapping Baylor WBB's 2021-2022 season and looking forward
Where Coach Collen, players, and staff go after winning the Big 12 in year one
WBB Recruiting Update: 11/11/21
With the beginning of signing day yesterday, Nicki Collen and staff brought in a talented and athletic group for the beginning of her first class at Baylor. From what I'm hearing, the staff is still waiting on a decision from Darriana Littlepage-Buggs. There were 6 official visitors to my knowledge and the only one lost was Christeen Iwuala (WBB) to UCLA. She's not the athlete Kyla Abraham (WBB) is, but would provide quality minutes to the front court with the likelihood of all graduating and moving on following this season. Buggs has been interesting to follow as she rarely uses social media, but likes some attention. I'm not sure how we will find out who she picks outside of her AAU team putting it out there. She is getting pulledin many directions, but Baylor is one of those definitely to watch. 11/17 is the final day of the signing period and if Buggs goes into the second period, she has one visit to take officilaly with four already taken.Reyna Scott was never offered, to my knowledge, and signed with OU.Landing Abraham, Ysabella Fontleroy (WBB), and Catarina Ferriera for the class is incredibly impressive. Landing Buggs will take it over the top.
