Texas State was 2-10 in 2020 but that is a bit deceiving.  They pushed SMU in their opener before falling 31-24.  They had a couple close losses to Boston College and Louisiana.  They could put some points on the board- averaged around 28 points per contest.  Baylor’s defense was around 29 points against for reference.
