JJ Joe: Cleaning Up Penalties & 4th Down Decisions

Let’s talk about cleaning up mistakes from that OSU game.  The penalties continue to be an issue.  We had 100 penalty yards against ISU and only 58 against OSU, but there were also “hidden” penalties that were disappointing.  Coming out of a change of possession and having to burn timeouts to avoid delay of games and 12 men (or 13) on the field defensively.  The Matt Jones extra shove on Spencer Sanders out of bounds.
