Dave Aranda has been asked to make some incredibly tough decisions in his short time as a head coach at Baylor, but there likely was no harder decision than what he was tasked with making on Tuesday.

After a month of spring practices, Aranda and his staff opted to name sophomore Blake Shapen the starting quarterback for the 2022 football season.
