On the doubles side, Finn Bass and Sven Lah were named the No. 3 seed, while Juan Pablo Grassi Mazzuchi and Soto were an at-large selection.

The singles and doubles competition will take place from May 23-28 at the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex in Champaign, Illinois, after the conclusion of the team championships.

All matches will be best-of-three sets, with no-ad scoring and a seven-point tiebreaker (first to seven points, win by two points) at six-games-all will be used for the singles matches. A 10-point match tiebreaker will be used in doubles play in lieu of a full third set.

Boitan is currently the No. 4 player in the latest ITA rankings, while Soto is No. 38 and Paroulek is 70th. Also ranked are Bass and Lah at No. 3, while Grassi Mazzuchi and Soto are No. 9.

Team competition was announced by the NCAA on Monday, with the Bears named the overall No. 3 seed for the tournament. It was the second year in a row where BU was named a top-3 seed. Baylor will serve as one of 16 hosts for the First and Second Rounds, with Abilene Christian, Texas A&M and Tulsa coming to Waco. The Bears will face ACU on Friday, May 6, at 6 p.m., while TAMU and Tulsa will face off at 3 p.m. earlier that day. The winner of each match will play each other on Saturday at 6 p.m. for a spot in the Round of 16.
