Matt Jones: Baylor's Next Great Inside Linebacker | Part 1

For the majority of the off-season, whenever I would discuss how Baylor was going to replace Terrel Bernard I focused on two guys: Will Williams and Josh White. After Matt Jones’ tremendous finish to the 2021 season, I initially plugged my ears and said “la-la can’t hear you” whenever people brought up Jones at inside linebacker. He was so good at JACK and, from what I had seen, I didn’t think he would be a great fit at inside linebacker.

I was wrong.
