Reliable, Violent Offense

In 2021, Baylor offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes implemented what he called the RVO. Not to be confused with an RPO — a run-pass option — but a reliable, violent offense that was schemed to be complimentary to a salty defense.

Those building blocks within the culture of the offense — the RVO offense — doesn’t define the offense in a schematic sense.
