WACO, Texas -- Eight Baylor football standouts are scheduled to participate in postseason bowl games or showcases in preparation for the NFL Draft.

Baylor will be represented throughout the postseason bowl schedule and will be featured in five different bowl games and one early postseason showcase. There is a potential for additional Baylor players to participate in these bowl games, which are announcing official rosters in near future.

The postseason schedule will start with a four-day event for safety Christian Morgan, who will participate in the College Gridiron Showcase, held in Fort Worth Jan. 7-11. The College Gridiron Showcase, in addition to being attended by professional scouts, will feature several players who will earn invites to events later in the postseason bowl schedule, including the NFLPA and Reese’s Senior Bowl.

A pair of BU offensive line stalwarts, Khalil Keith and Grant Miller, will participate in the Hula Bowl, on Jan. 14 in Orlando, Fla., at the UCF FBC Mortgage Stadium, live on CBS Sports Network.

The Tropical Bowl will feature Baylor center Jacob Gall on Jan. 21 at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium, with the game set for a pay-per-view telecast.

Linebacker Dillon Doyle and defensive back Mark Milton are set to participate in the NFLPA Bowl on Jan. 28, hosted in the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles and live on the NFL Network.

The postseason bowl schedule will conclude with Siaki Ika playing in the Reese’s Senior Bowl on Feb. 4 in Mobile, Ala., live on NFL Network at Hancock Whitney Stadium.

The 6-foot-3, 240-pounder led the Bears with 90 tackles in 2022 and totaled 261 tackles over his five-year career, which began with a pair of seasons at Iowa (2018-19). In 2022, he became the first player in program and league history to earn first or second-team all-conference honors at both an offensive and defensive position, as the coaches tabbed him at linebacker and fullback.

He played in 59 games in his career and finished 2022 as the 12th highest-rated center in college football according to grades from Pro Football Focus.
