From the season there appears to be nothing to build on. Scrap these o. Scheme and hire a new staff with an offense high school players want to play in. New staff needs to i.d. talent we want to keep which fits the new offense. Then go very heavy into the portal (o & d line. Not sure who will be staying. BYU ans Colorado among others are showing the way to turn it around.

Not sure what we r paying in Nil money but it doesn't look like we are getting much for our money
