How long do you want to ignore this user?
Aranda said, "the team made way too many mistakes." It's YEAR 5! This loss is on the COACHES!

The question at 3:12 explains the problem.

He's asked if calling a timeout with 2 seconds left before the Hail Mary was a mistake. His answer is he'd do it again so our guys would make sure they're lined up properly and fully ready to go.

He doesn't trust our guys to be ready for the play and we miss out on the advantage of CU struggling in the moment. That's a weak minded mentality and a major red flag.

Our guys should be ready for this play. They know the time on the clock and the Hail Mary is a play that EVERYONE should have prepared for in practice all the time...inexcusable.

The TO wasn't for the player - it was FOR the COACH....
