Baylor has signed rising redshirt senior cornerback and former Oklahoma Sooner and Kansas State Wildcat, Jayden Rowe, out of the transfer portal. Rowe, who played the 2025 season at Kansas State, was the No. 205-ranked player in the country and a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class.

Rowe, standing at 6-foot-1, 227 pounds, played in nine games in 2025 for Kansas State, but was primarily used on special teams; he totaled just 12 snaps on defense. While with the Sooners in 2023, Rowe suffered a season-ending shoulder injury; Rowe did not play in 2024.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma, native is Baylor’s 11th addition from the transfer portal in this year’s cycle, and the second from the K-State defense. Rowe comes to Waco to rejoin former Kansas State defensive coordinator Joe Klanderman.
