Baylor Adds Jordan Mack, Defensive Lineman from Coastal Carolina via Portal
Baylor has added size and pass-rush to its defensive front with the signing of Jordan Mack, a 6-foot-6, 270-pound defensive lineman from Coastal Carolina, SicEm365 has confirmed.
Mack appeared in all 13 games this past season for Coastal Carolina, logging 206 snaps while posting nine tackles, one sack and 17 quarterback pressures. His impact showed up most clearly as a rusher, earning an 83.1 pass-rush grade from Pro Football Focus, highlighting his ability to disrupt quarterbacks despite a modest snap count.
The move also reunites Mack with Baylor’s new defensive line coach Ja'cori Greer, who coached him at Coastal Carolina, giving the Bears a player already familiar with the scheme and expectations up front.
Before his time with the Chanticleers, Mack spent two seasons at Seton Hill, where he played in 18 games and recorded 31 tackles, six tackles for loss, five sacks, three quarterback hurries and a blocked kick.
Mack has one year of eligibility remaining and adds experienced depth to a Baylor defensive line looking for proven pass-rush production heading into the 2026 season.
