S11 Stats Preview: 2019 Rice Owls

After an off week Baylor heads to Houston facing their old former Southwest Conference rival the Rice Owls.   Rice has been struggling over the last four years and last year brought in former Stanford Offensive Coordinator Mike Bloomgren to rebuild their roster and model their program after what Jim Harbaugh & David Shaw have built at a similarly academic minded program out west.
