Reports: Matt Rhule finalizing deal with Carolina Panthers

According to Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports, Baylor head coach Matt Rhule is closing in on an agreement with the Carolina Panthers. 

In three seasons with the Bears, Rhule amassed a 19-19 record including an 11-3 mark in 2019 with a trip to the Big 12 Championship game and to the Sugar Bowl.
