Wife and I are taking our 2 year old to her first Baylor homecoming and football game. I see 2 year olds can get in free if they sit on your lap, however my wife insists that she needs her own seat.

Is anyone selling 3 seat tickets that wouldn't break the bank (I see on most sites they are expensive) and/or have any advice for taking a 2 year to a football game?

Tickets that won't break the bank really don't exist anymore, expect to pay $100 per or more (esp. for Homecoming). As for the kid, my advice would be to not bring her unless you are willing to spend a lot of time walking around in the concourse with her during the game. Something about 2 year olds & staying quiet & still for 3 hours (so not to annoy those seated around you) just doesn't go together. Sorry, I know this post is not what you want to hear, but its just the honest truth. Good Luck.
I'm not quite as dumb as I seem

there is absolutely no issue with bringing a kid of any age to a game. If you get annoyed by a baby/ kid crying/ making noise at a game then you prolly get annoyed by fans around you being loud. There should never be an expectation that those around you will be quiet. It's a football game, not a book club reading.

Bring the kid. Prolly a good idea to bring some noise canceling headphones, see a lot of other parents using those for younger kids. Also it lilely wont be a night game so some kind of hat to help with the sun is prolly a good thing. Bring them and make some awesome memories together. Don't concern yourself with if those around you will not like hearing a baby cry at times. Those cries are more noise than a lot of our fans ever make so spank the baby on 3rd down when on defense and let the screams burst out!

Thanks for the feedback guys and we take our daughter (will turn 3 in Feb.) to similar outdoor/large crowd events all of the time and she doesn't really scream or cry. It would be more along the lines of she will be good for a half of football and then want to walk around and see everything. Great idea with the headphones too!

I'll keep any eye out of this forum for some tickets, but we are excited to take our girl to her first Baylor game! Sic'em!

Two year olds do need a ticket actually! We brought our kids when they were toddlers all the time and it was great!

From the McLane website:

Policy: All persons (ages 2 & up) must present a ticket for admission to McLane Stadium.
