We have a parking pass for the BRIC, but my cousin's daughter is a freshman, and my cousin and her husband want to go to the game tomorrow. They have a handicap pass, but they don't have a parking pass yet. Can you pay for the BRIC upon arrival at the parking lot, or do you have to pay in advance??
