I called TCU to ask about getting a group discount and because it was late on a Friday, could only get limited info. They will call me back Monday afternoon with more details. By then, we should also know kickoff time. Here is what I have:

Tickets are $55 each as long as we have at least 20 people. I don't know if there is a bigger discount for a larger group (probably not) or if the price varies by section of the stadium. If memory serves, it was about the same in 2019, although my memory definitely could be wrong.

Is there any interest? It looks to be a very interesting game (Baylor v TCU football games always are). If there is enough interest, then I will see what I can arrange.

This, my intention is to get the cheapest tickets I can find and sit wherever I want because even a couple weeks ago when I watched their home game there was a sea of empty seats.

Not yet. In 2019, we were spread across multiple sections, all upper deck. It's what everyone does. They were still decent seats.

Once I have concrete info from TCU, I will post the details on this thread. Anyone who is interested will need to send me a private message with name, email, & cell #. Also, be prepared to send the funds to me through PayPal. I've done the same thing since 2015 (SMU & Tech games) and it works reasonably well.

I'm still waiting for TCU to call me back.

This is likely to be the case again--especially now that GP is gone. They have thrown in the towel for the season. I will still enjoy watching Baylor win!

If we have at least 20 people, tickets will be $55 each. Based only on the expressed interest so far (above & p.m.'s), we already have 50.

To get the groups together as much as possible, we can get some groups in the back of the 200 sections, and more availability in the 400 sections (nose bleed). The tickets in the 200 sections are $75 each.

The lady I talked to is a Baylor alumni and is going to work with us to make this happen.

GROUP TICKETS UPDATE:

I just got off the phone with TCU and ordered 25 tickets for section 410. These are the initial inquiries yesterday, those who have paid for their tickets. I was told that I would have the tickets later today. When I do, I will send them out to everyone.

FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO JOIN OUR GROUP:

We will be in section 410 and they are trying to put us all close together. Baylor's section is 412 so our seats are actually a bit better in that we are closer to the 50 yard line. If we fill up this block, they will put additional people in nearby sections as best they can.

The tickets are $55 each (usually $75):
Call the TCU ticket office directly and tell them you want to be part of Mark's group to get the discount. I spoke with Montel and he provided his direct line: 817-257-4198. If you get his voicemail, you can the general ticket office at 817-257-1849. They should still be able to help you out.

Let's see if we can fill up at least part of their stadium with Baylor fans!!
