I have a lot of time in a 348 and 355 Challenge car and owned an E39 M5. Good choices.

I think my list would be way too long. I would probably have to narrow to one per manufacturer.

My Ferrari would be an F40. It's one of those things I've wanted since I was 5 years old. This one is a customers and I still get excited every time I've seen it.

I want a Huracan next with a TT setup though a Diablo VT is awfully cool.

Man I don't know I could make a list a million miles long.

I guess it would depend on what was at the end of the garage. If it ends at Waco streets, forget anything with Italian suspension. I'm too old to be leaning back, driving seven figures at 10mph over potholes and ditches.

If I'm really lucky, the other end of the garage will have open oceangoing access. I'll want the Kady-Krogen 60 open in it:



For more practical considerations, I'm really hoping the VW ID.Buzz turns out to be a workable vehicle:



That's about it, other than my 20 year old Trek 4500 mountain bike. I'm taking it with me no matter what I'm piloting.

Heh. I appreciate the offer, but I'm not going to be ready to buy for a couple of years yet. I'm counting on the EV network being built out a lot better by that time. Also, I'm a firm believer in never buying v1.0 of anything. With any luck, the current Toyota minivan will hold out until then.

The US versions never sold well. The Euro versions were very popular…kind of.

A real Escort Cosworth was an insurance group 20 in the UK so you had to be old and/or wealthy just to insure it. In the 90s more of those cars were stolen than sold. Ie they were being stolen from the people who stole them.

Always wanted one.




We got the Escort GT and the Merkur XR4Ti. The Merkur at least looked cool.
