Have to fly to Milwaukee, flights on SW and Delta are over $600 each person.

Won't spend that.

Anyone fly Spirit? Is it worth it?

I had to walk about three miles and felt like I was trapped in an infomercial. Never again.

I've flown them many times. Mostly to the Caribbean. Places like St Thomas etc. Also to Florida. Never had a single problem.

Was ok the 3 times i have flown them but that was years ago and the horror stories i hear nee makes me not even think about them when booking a flight

Probably the safest... unlike the legacy airlines.. Spirit leases their planes...so no plane over a few years old .

Spirit average age 5 years.

American and Delta got 20 yr old planes in the sky.

United average age 19.8 years

I haven't flown them in 3 years. Back then they were decent, certainly better than Frontier or Allegiant but not as good as Southwest or Delta.
