We were supposed to have a big ceremony there today to dedicate the artwork to the Vaughan Brothers, but the Parks Board would not give us a permit because of COVID-19 restrictions.
So the City put this video together to play today.
We are hoping to hold a ceremony on March 20, 2021, IF the COVID pandemic is under control.
But for now, this is the best we can do.
