What are the best spots for swimming /lake fun around Waco? i don't have a boat and am just coming up for a day trip. never have actually been to Lake Waco

Not sure if you're looking for something specifically on Lake Waco, but this place is pretty fun.

This may be too late but speegleville park sounds like where you need to go.
Also there are a few places you can rent a boat or jet ski from if that is what you want.
