If you've never been, you should go. Very cool town in the summertime. Wouldn't go in the winter, but summer time is fantastic.

Actually, it is beautiful there during the winter. There are several family friendly ski resorts, excellent snow mobile trails and plenty of rentals, try some good Traverse area wines. All of the really good restaurants are open and they do have heating.

they have the best golf deal in America at Treetops Resort - incredible courses and probably the best par 3 course that exists. it's something like $400 all in for lodging, 2 meals a day, and 81 holes of golf. I highly recommend it.

Do not give what is holy to the dogs, nor throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet and turn around and attack you.
