It seems each announcement of another Baylor football recruit shows them wearing all-mustard unis (unless they're not in a uniform at all).

Do the players love them that much? Or is it only our sports marketers??

But I also enjoy the colorful parts of football.

I know a lot of people on these boards hate any queso colored clothing, for themselves or the teams. They sometimes are very silly about it. In 2014, some (on the other site?) even balked about wearing it for the Homecoming stripe out of McLane. Thankfully, it turned out amazing. Either they but the bullet & word the right color of they stayed home. It was the best stripe out Baylor has had at McLane. A more recent example was the Sugar Bowl. It looked great on TV & that's why Baylor had those promotions.

This is a long way of saying the kids probably like them too. They certainly do stand out.

I usually wear gold to games because it stands out more. In arlington most bu fans appeared to wear green and that's why it's hard to notice baylor fans in the stands if you watch the replay.

I love the yellow unis. It's a bold statement uni. Green is nice too...just doesn't "pop" like the yellow does. And please don't bring up the "gold" argument...the school colors were based on the colors of the dandelion flower...its yellow. The only school who should be wearing shining gold helmets is Notre Dame -- anyone else is simply a copy-cat at this point. Don't be copycat.

I mostly agree but I really liked the chrome domes that we wore in 2013.

It is pretty lame to say only ND should get to wear gold and we arent worthy to wear our school color. We have been wearing gold helmets from nearly the beginning until 2019, with the exception of games we wore alt helmets which started around 2007 or so.

And that is enough reason to have them.

When I see those, I think, "who cut the cheese?"

I prefer the gold and black myself.

TCU number 20….does not compute. TCU rolls out some hideous combos.

I hate the colors, but love em to death if they actually contribute to on field enthusiasm that produces championships. Ill take it every year.
